Landon Starbuck has a long and impressive resume and she joins us on the podcast this week to share and educate. Landon was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at 16, and did not have a typical childhood. She had a dream of moving to Hollywood to be a singer/songwriter.
She was admittedly very naive and didn’t know about red flags and shares she wasn’t in touch with her intuition. Landon witnessed child trafficking and exploitation but didn’t understand what she was witnessing. Now she is vehemently passionate about railing against child trafficking and exploitation. She explains that trafficking is the manipulation and exploitation of vulnerability for profit. It’s a complex and intricate topic and she really breaks it down for us and our listeners.
Kaylor and Landon discuss social media’s role and its impact on children. She also explains why she aligns with being a conservative and they riff on COVID, liberalism, mental health and enabling.
